1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Rich Marketing Resources provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and advertising campaigns. Detailed descriptions of these services are available on our website or can be provided upon request.

3. Accounts

Where use of any part of our website or services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. You will also be asked to provide a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and payment is due on the first day of the billing cycle. We accept payment via credit card and bank transfer. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until payment is received. For websites, if a payment is not received within 3 months, we will pause service until payment has been received in full. After payment has been received, your website will be live again.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by Rich Marketing Resources, including but not limited to website design, copy, graphics, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Rich Marketing Resources and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials without the express written permission of Rich Marketing Resources.

6. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using our site or services to:

Engage in any activity that is illegal under any applicable law,

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others,

Send spam or other unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws,

Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature,

Copy or store any significant portion of the content,

Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rich Marketing Resources does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rich Marketing Resources will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
